He was more concerned about the pop than dental floss in the water. I suggested he deal with it as he could not accommodate my simple request for a can or bottle of pop. He ran to the table to inform me I could not bring outside food into the restaurant. After 5 minutes, I went to my car to return with a can of Mountain Dew. Asking what he could do for us, I suggested a can or bottle of pop (which he could not do). Maybe Victor can do a better job explaining how this occurs to the Oakland County Health inspector. If there is floss in water, then what is in the food. Not the kind of attitude we expect for the restaurant manager. He didn’t seem concerned for safety, health and cleanliness. ![]() ![]() He should have been concerned about how this could happen, but he did not volunteer to investigate and improve the process so it would never happen again. His stating that it happens is inexcusable and insensitive. ![]() Discovering someone else's dental floss in the water in my mouth is totally disgusting. I suggested he needed to do better and he agreed. WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT MY WATER HAD DENTAL FLOSS IN IT, HE (MANAGER-Victor?) SAID "IT HAPPENS" and offered no apologies.
